Closing the SkiDirect and SkiDirect VIP bonus programme

Since the SkiDirect bonus scheme was introduced in 2006, the wishes and requirements of our customers have changed. In the future, we would like to meet their requests for a simpler solution and more immediate benefits even better with a customer loyalty scheme.

We already have two attractive platforms with the Flims Laax Falera Cornèrcard and LAAX+.

The SkiDirect bonus programme will therefore expire at the end of the 2011/2012 winter season.

Accumulated SkiDirect points can still be exchanged for existing SkiDirect bonuses until the end of the 2011/2012 winter season. In addition to the familiar bonus products, vouchers which can only be used for the purchase of a lift ticket will remain available. The range of bonuses will no longer be extended. Furthermore, it will still be possible to use SkiDirect points as payment in the laax.com online shop. After the end of the 2011/2012 winter season, all SkiDirect points that have not been redeemed will no longer be valid.

The bonus scheme will cease to exist from 1st May 2012

From this date it will no longer be possible to collect or redeem SkiDirect points at any businesses in the Weisser Arena Group or at SkiDirect partner businesses.

MyLaax Login

As a SkiDirect card holder, you will continue to have unlimited access to your online SkiDirect account with your current login details; your MeinLAAX login will remain active after SkiDirect has been cancelled. That means that you can continue to use your existing user profile for online reservations on laax.com or laax+. You do not have to re-register.
