Judging System

Judging for the Qualifiers, Semifinals and Finals will be based on Overall Impression. Criteria taken into account is difficulty, execution, variety, amplitude, progression and combinations of tricks.
Judging in the Halfpipe competition will use the Double-up system for the Qualifiers only - which means that two judge teams will work simultaneously. For Semi Finals and Finals 6 judges will score each run. All runs are scored on a scale of 1 to 100. Judges scores are averaged for total run score (ex. 87.0, max total score 100). The judging panel consists of 1 head judge and 6 judges. The same system runs for all Men & Women.
