Cheese directly from our own in-house cheese dairy. At 1,980 meters above sea level, guests are welcomed in the cozy, rustically renovated cowshed like part of a big family. Original Swiss specialties are served here all year round, prepared mainly from seasonal and sustainable organic products. The ingredients mostly come from local and regional businesses, while the cheese comes from our own cheese dairy. The view of the Grisons mountain world is fascinating every time.
