Get more mountain with your digital companion in LAAX.
The LAAX App is your digital companion for LAAX. Book lift tickets, reserve a table or order your food directly through the app, access live information, connect with friends, track your day on the mountain.
Update LAAX App as of 01.06.2026 - What does that mean?
The LAAX App will continue to be your app for everything you need to know about LAAX. Features such as regular event and activity suggestions, live data from the mountain, ticket shop, and your profile will remain available. Other features such as gamification or the premium feature are temporarily unavailable. But don't worry – we are giving these areas a lot of attention so that you can use them again soon in the LAAX App.
The following functions will not be available from 1 June 2026:
- Overview 'Your Season'
- Premium area
- History of your seasons
- Badges and friends
- Leaderboards
- Loyalty program (LAAX Points, Reward Shop, Reward Shop Transactions)
- Digital guest card
- Local ID

Discover
With the app feature EXPLORE you will find all information at a glance, whether via the search or quick links in your personal feed. Just swipe up once and your personal feed shows everything that is currently especially relevant for you in LAAX. Whether bank, bakery or burger, with the search you can discover the holiday destination in no time. In various gastronomy establishments you can also reserve a table or order your food with Mobile Ordering.
Live
The LIVE page is your guide for your stay. From the weather report, to all open facilities to the webcams—everything clearly arranged in one place. You will also find our digital piste map and information about the operating times of all lifts. On LIVE you will also find our Premium at home. This offers features such as the Guessing Game, information about the number of guests on the mountain, and gatecams. The page concludes with details about the current snow conditions and the current avalanche risk.
Profile
In your PROFILE you have all important information about yourself. Here you can add your profile picture and your name if you wish and tell us what you are interested in. You can add your Keycard to collect vertical meters, lifts, and badges. You also have your payment methods and all transactions always in view. And if you ever have questions or feedback you can contact our staff directly here via the feedback function. Just a few clicks and you have set up your LAAX App.
Play
Under PLAY, your playground, LAAX, unfolds. As soon as you connect your Keycard and head up the mountain, your personal LAAX adventure begins. Collect all the badges, ride as many days as you can, and climb the leaderboard for ultimate glory and a big LAAX points account. On the personal map you can look back on the season and remember your best moments. On the leaderboards you beat all your colleagues anyway, right?
Shop
The SHOP is more diverse, personalized, and appealing, with new products, from tickets to merchandise. We have placed special focus on configuring your lift tickets and keycards for LAAX, making this complex process a bit more pleasant and easier. Now you can also search for products in the SHOP – whether it's Reward products or Blueline upgrade, if it is bookable in the app you can search for it. Our tip: check the SHOP from time to time and get inspired.
Digital guest card
If you own a holiday apartment or are an overnight guest, you can enjoy many benefits in the Grisons holiday region, Flims Laax Falera. With the digital guest card, you have access to additional, exclusive offers during your holiday.
