Do you want to buy your ticket for LAAX in advance, but still be able to rebook it if the weather doesn't cooperate or something else comes up? Then the Flex+ Ticket is just right for you. If you want to use the Flex+ option, you must independently make a replacement booking online for the unused days. Afterwards, you can request a refund for the first booking by email via feedback@laax.com . The date of the new booking must be within the current season. The unused days will be refunded to the payment method used after your request.
